Job Description
Sign-On Bonus Opportunity of up to $4,000, Pay Range: $55,000 - $125,000/year. Unlimited/uncapped commission, lucrative incentive sales plans, bonuses, and sales contests. Requirements

  • Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, not required)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
  • 2- or 4-year college degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring successful sales teams
