Role OverviewThe Store/Night Dept Leader is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience, establishing a safe and clean environment, and supervising all functions and activities for the department. They must support the day-to-day functions of the Grocery operations, promote trust and respect among associates, and communicate company and department information.
What You Will Do
The Store/Night Dept Leader will be responsible for promoting trust and respect among associates, communicating company and department information, collaborating with associates to achieve company/store goals, and developing adequate scheduling to manage customer volume. They will also be responsible for training and developing associates, adhering to local, state, and federal laws, and maintaining an awareness of inventory/stocking conditions.
