What You Will Do

You will greet and connect with customers, process financial transactions, educate customers about their transactions, and offer personalized financial services. You will also participate in in-store and community events, maintain the appearance and cleanliness of your location, and keep up with office security protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
• Background check required
