Job Description
Responsible for developing store space plans used to purchase, bid, and execute projects using prototype directives. Interprets data to optimize layouts which fit the needs of business partners, store operational requirements, and applicable building codes. Designs stores and visits sites to ascertain field conditions.

Requirements

  • Creation of all contract documents needed to execute a store project
  • Evaluation of proposed retail environments for operational compliance
  • Maintain current, accurate and up-to-date project files
  • Work in conjunction with Property Development and other Ross departments
  • Visit sites as required, to ascertain all field conditions that will impact the architectural design phase

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $70,310 – $101,400
