Role OverviewYou'll be the on-site leader of a new e-bike delivery store in Miami, responsible for keeping the store safe, organized, and accountable, as well as dispatching and managing our W-2 delivery couriers.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include opening and closing the store, checking couriers in and out, tracking bikes and inventory, and dispatching and managing couriers.

This role requires strong organizational skills, a sense of ownership and accountability, and the ability to work independently. You'll be comfortable using KPI dashboards and performance-tracking tools, and have experience with inventory management and asset tracking.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with inventory management, stock control, audits, asset tracking, or loss prevention
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable using KPI dashboards or performance-tracking tools
- Clear communicator with couriers, the mechanic, and management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift
