Job Description
Lead the store as a Store Supervisor, ensuring outstanding customer service and smooth day-to-day operations. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and supervise all employees and store operations. Model cashier duties, walk the store, and drive standards to ensure excellent service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Lead Cashier, Department Supervisor, or equivalent
  • Calm and confident decision-maker in customer/staff interactions
  • Strong leadership, organization, and time-management abilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using Word, Excel, Outlook, POS systems
  • Excellent math skills and the ability to use data to drive staffing and sales
