Role Overview

As a Store Supervisor, you'll lead the store during your shift, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) whenever the Store Manager or Assistant Manager are off, taking full responsibility for staffing, standards, and customer satisfaction.

Lead Your Team & Shift, Model Cashier Duties, Serve as MOD, Walk the Store, Drive Standards, Host Huddles, Staff Management, Execute Campaigns, Close the Store, Resolve Issues, Lead by Example, Maintain Grounds, Oversee Maintenance, Report & Respond, Coach Future Leaders, Support the Team

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Completion of Mother's Market's Manager-On-Duty training
  • Proven experience as a Lead Cashier, Department Supervisor, or equivalent
  • Calm and confident decision-maker in customer/staff interactions
  • Strong leadership, organization, and time-management abilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using Word, Excel, Outlook, POS systems
  • Excellent math skills and the ability to use data to drive staffing and sales
