Job Description
The Store Support Teammate is responsible for fulfilling our mission statement and completing sales support tasks assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
  • Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
  • Assist the Operations Manager and/or Visual Merchandiser in performing merchandising tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store to fulfill Buckle’s mission statement.
