Job Description
Support store leadership by overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, and ensuring store objectives are met. Foster collaboration within the team and provide a personal chef and friendly butcher experience to all guests.

Requirements

  • Assist the Sr. Sales Leader in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
  • Coordinate daily customer service operations
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory
  • Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
  • Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
  • Analyze consumer behavior and propose product positioning to the Commercial team
  • Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data
  • Act as our store’s representative and set an example for our staff
