Role OverviewAs a Storefront Associate, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding customer experience every day by delivering friendly, fast, and memorable customer service. You'll greet guests and assist with product selection, operate the point-of-sale system accurately, prepare coffee and specialty beverages, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience

- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to speak and understand conversational English
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required)
