Requirements

  • Prepares shipping schedules, plans, reports, and quotes.
  • Troubleshoots shipping process and provides customer assistance as needed.
  • Enters truckload rates, accessorial charges, fuel surcharge updates, and provides problem-solving for issues that arise in the TMS.
  • Coordinates activities with other departments, customers, and outside trucking firms.
  • Assists with inventory management, freight shipment coordination, and document preparation.
  • Incorporates and ensures safety observances are met.
