Job Description
The Storeroom Stock Clerk is responsible for physical and clerical tasks associated with shipment and reception of supplies and finished products. Duties include verifying shipping records, unpacking goods, and working with materials transport companies. This is a non-exempt position reporting to the Warehouse Manager or General Manager.

Requirements

  • Verifies shipping records and correct packaging and labeling
  • Unpacks received goods, checks for damage and accuracy of shipment
  • Performs all other responsibilities as directed
  • Uses computer to manage accurate inventory
  • Identifies damaged and expired products
  • Implements product rotation based on product code dates
  • Follows all security and safety procedures
