Role Overview

Performs semi-skilled and skilled maintenance and repair work on highways, drainage structures, and streams. Assists with snow removal and minimal landscaping.

What You Will Do

Operates a variety of small hand tools and equipment, maintains tools and equipment, sets up traffic warning signs, maintains/repairs storm drains, trims trees and bushes, and removes snow from roadways.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must possess a valid Driver’s License, Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL), and a current Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Card. Must be able to perform heavy manual labor in all weather conditions.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License accepted by the State of Utah
  • Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Card
  • Flagging training certification
  • Defensive Driving course certification
  • Forklift certification
