Role Overview

As a Stormwater Team Lead at HDR, you will assist in developing and leading a team focused on stormwater/MS4 projects, function as a Project Manager, and lead teams to deliver projects. You will also assist with administrative responsibility for section staff and technical service functions, and lead/coordinate services with other teams.

What You Will Do

You will plan, organize, and monitor work through proactive project management and systems, actively engage client service teams, and collaborate with area business development and client services leaders to grow the water resources program.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience
