Requirements

  • Assure quality and production requirements are met
  • Participate in total quality management projects
  • Participate in LEAN manufacturing and SPC activities
  • Ensure adherence to APP's policies and procedures
  • Learn how to read blueprints
  • Learn to use tools to check dimensions, curves and angles of parts
  • Learn to straighten small forgings with hand tools
  • Learn to set up and operate presses to straighten large forgings
  • Learn to maintain freezer logbook
  • Perform other duties as instructed by APP leadership
