Job Description
CAI Software is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to drive customer success through strategic, consultative selling. The role involves leading the end-to-end SaaS sales process, building relationships with VP-level decision-makers, and executing against the MEDDPICC qualification framework.
Requirements
5–10 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
Market expertise in closing mid-market to enterprise-level deals, ideally within Aerospace or other complex, highly regulated manufacturing sectors
Technical fluency with GenAI tools and modern sales tech stacks
Strategic acumen in active listening, strategic questioning, and objection handling
Ability to travel as needed (<20%)
Bachelor's Degree preferred
