Job Description
CAI Software is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to drive customer success through strategic, consultative selling. The role involves leading the end-to-end SaaS sales process, building relationships with VP-level decision-makers, and executing against the MEDDPICC qualification framework.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Market expertise in closing mid-market to enterprise-level deals, ideally within Aerospace or other complex, highly regulated manufacturing sectors
  • Technical fluency with GenAI tools and modern sales tech stacks
  • Strategic acumen in active listening, strategic questioning, and objection handling
  • Ability to travel as needed (<20%)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
