Role OverviewThe Strategic Development Coordinator is focused on special projects that will grow DREAM's capacity to reach new youth. This position is responsible for designing and implementing efficient business systems to enhance organizational effectiveness and accuracy, improve internal communication, and foster stronger connections across all stakeholders. This role sits within the business office, a team of two full-time staff: the Associate Finance & Strategy Officer and the Business Manager.
What You Will Do
Support program budgeting and financial management, including tracking expenses, analyzing spending trends, and informing future budget planning. Research vendors and supplies to support cost-effective purchasing decisions. Assist with audit and compliance preparation through review of financial documentation and maintenance of accurate records.
