Role OverviewThis role is a lead overlay consultant responsible for the health and growth of RingCentral's product within a Service Provider's enterprise portfolio. The role requires a 'triad' management approach, aligning with the SP Sales Teams to win business, providing high-touch advocacy for the End-Customer, and leading the Contract Renewal process to secure long-term revenue.
What You Will Do
Co-sell and market execution, joint sales advocacy, deal architecting, strategic alignment, lifecycle relationship management, expansion and upsell, contract renewals and retention.
