What You Will Do
Own month-end and year-end close, track and improve collections rate, budget vs. actuals, and departmental purchase request turnaround. Heavily support the Sales team by integrating systems.

Requirements
- 5+ years in Investment Banking, MBB Consulting, or a high-growth startup (Seed to Series B)
- 2+ years of experience creating processes from scratch and better existing processes in a professional work setting
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field
- Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Powerpoint skills that can distill complex data into clear narratives
