Role OverviewAs a member of the Strategic Finance team, you'll sit at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy, partnering closely with the CFO and cross-functional leaders to drive planning, forecasting, and key business decisions.
What You Will Do
Own and continuously evolve the company's long-range financial plan, integrate revenue, operating, and investment assumptions, and develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform strategic priorities and capital allocation.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or strategic finance/FP&A
- Advanced Excel/financial modeling skills; comfort building models from scratch
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills — able to distill complex analysis into a clear narrative for executives and the board
- A bias toward action and comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
- Experience with fundraising, board reporting, or investor relations is a plus
- Strong understanding of core accounting concepts and financial statements, including how business activity flows through the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
- Familiarity with SaaS/hardware metrics and startup finance (burn, runway, ARR, gross margin) is a plus
