Role OverviewLead negotiations of complex cloud services agreements with enterprise customers, partnering with the Global Deal Strategy & Programs business to drive customer negotiations.

Independently lead high-stakes negotiations, evaluate and draft custom contract terms, influence and earn trust with customers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of multi-million dollar contract negotiation experience
- 5+ years of drafting and negotiating legal terms in standard commercial contracts
- Experience with complex commercial/legal concepts and drafting
- Ability to quickly read and interpret legal terminology and reasoning
