Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Advisor, Expert to lead program planning and evaluation activities for a client in the US Intelligence Community. The Strategic Ops Advisor will have the opportunity to demonstrate subject matter expertise, intellectual agility, all source analysis, and research acumen by leading operational efforts to produce key performance insights.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities include consulting with teammates and clients on process improvement and program evaluation tasks, developing recommendations for changes to policy, processes, communications, and training, and performing research activities to include document reviews, structured interviews, and gap analyses.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an analyst, targeting officer, technical Targeter, desk officer, operations officer, or reports officer within the sponsor's organization or other relevant organization(s) in the Intelligence Community
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a consulting role in the IC or at least 10 years combined experience with the IC and positions relevant to required skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent oral presentation and briefing skills
  • Knowledge of and experience in the fundamentals of all-source intelligence analysis
  • Familiarity with the customer’s report writing standards
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow through and manage status reporting, scheduling, and project communications
  • High degree of personal integrity
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, juggling concurrent tasks and meeting deadlines
