Job Description
The Strategic Operations Leader will drive operational transformation and network optimization across the organization, leading site consolidations, closures, and relocations, and ensuring smooth execution of consolidation or closure activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 9+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership, global program management, supply chain, or manufacturing network optimization
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-influencing skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead teams through high-pressure, fast-moving situations
  • Knowledge of international regulations, labor laws, environmental compliance, and operational risk management
