Job Description
The Strategic Operations Planner will serve as a confidential advisor to the Assistant Commissioner of the Project and Change Management Office, providing high-level analysis and implementation of complex initiatives and leading non-routine, special projects from initiation to completion.
Requirements
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in computer science, engineering, human computer interaction, interactive media, digital and graphics design, data visualization, communication or a related field
Four years of satisfactory full-time experience related to the area(s) required by the particular position and a specialization in a relevant technology, process, methodology and/or domain
Ability to work closely with leadership and stakeholders to evaluate proposed projects, establish prioritization, and develop working groups
Ability to analyze and propose effective solutions to complex project obstacles
Ability to manage multiple project teams and coordinate work among team members
