Job Description
The Strategic Operations Planner will serve as a confidential advisor to the Assistant Commissioner of the Project and Change Management Office, providing high-level analysis and implementation of complex initiatives and leading non-routine, special projects from initiation to completion.

Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in computer science, engineering, human computer interaction, interactive media, digital and graphics design, data visualization, communication or a related field
  • Four years of satisfactory full-time experience related to the area(s) required by the particular position and a specialization in a relevant technology, process, methodology and/or domain
  • Ability to work closely with leadership and stakeholders to evaluate proposed projects, establish prioritization, and develop working groups
  • Ability to analyze and propose effective solutions to complex project obstacles
  • Ability to manage multiple project teams and coordinate work among team members
