Strategic Operations Project Manager

The Strategic Operations Project Manager will lead and manage multiple cross-functional strategic initiatives, including product launches, new business development opportunities, strategic partnerships, operational improvement efforts, and executive-sponsored projects. This role will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, IT, Legal, HR, and other stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion. The position will also provide operational support for executive meetings, strategic planning activities, leadership engagements, and organizational programs.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will lead and manage multiple cross-functional strategic initiatives, conduct project discovery and planning activities, develop and maintain detailed project plans, facilitate project kickoffs, monitor project progress, and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects. The role will also support product launch and lifecycle management activities, lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic corporate events, and provide operational support for executive meetings and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to navigate organizational structures effectively
• Strong understanding of business operations, project management methodologies, and stakeholder engagement
