Role OverviewJoin a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles to help deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. You will work across the team and its customers to align on a short and long-range supply plan, contributing to our Global Spare Planning function to understand the needs of our data centers across our network and manage the inventory across different nodes of our supply chain.
What You Will Do
Develop and communicate comprehensive spare parts inventory strategies and processes in alignment with multiple channels, department plans, key inventory targets, and business goals. Create and execute strategies for the implementation of replenishment and inventory achieve key business outcomes while proactively identifying improvements.

Requirements
- 5+ years of program, project or product management, or leading product implementation experience
- 5+ years of supply chain management, planning, strategic sourcing, commodity management or program management experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
- Proven track record of high impact business results
- Excellent written composition and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment.
- A strong sense of ownership over work
- Superior analytical skills, with ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause and identify scalable solutions.
- Excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done.
- High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of Inventory Management principles and systems
