Job Description

We're RingCentral, a $2 Billion annual revenue company with double digit Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and a $93 Billion market opportunity in UCaaS, Contact Center and AI-powered adjacencies. We're looking for a Strategic Procurement Manager to lead our end-to-end procurement lifecycle, optimizing every dollar spent and every contract signed. This is a high-ownership role that requires a generalist procurement experience, strong sense of ownership, and exceptional communication skills.

Requirements

Generalist procurement experience with a proven ability to manage diverse spend categories
High sense of ownership and ability to take initiative
Contractual literacy and ability to partner with Legal to refine T&Cs, SLAs, and MSAs
Experience with procurement workflows and knowledge of NetSuite and DocuSign
AI proficiency and experience using AI tools to summarize contracts, analyze spend data, or streamline procurement workflows
