The Strategic Project Manager advances Unbridled’s enterprise-level priorities by leading the coordination and execution of strategic, cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field
  • Ideally, have experience in the event industry
  • Experience with senior leadership in leading projects
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of key business functions, such as strategy, operations, marketing, or finance
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics software
  • Ability to work effectively in teams, collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds and expertise areas
  • Possess a growth mindset and desire to use networking strategies and relationship-building skills to grow business opportunities
  • Experience supporting governance, risk, compliance, or policy-related initiatives in a corporate or professional services environment
  • Comfort working with enterprise systems used to track policies, risks, controls, or compliance requirements
