Role OverviewThe Strategic Engagement Manager will work with internal partners and customers to provide qualified staff for our Strategic Resourcing engagements. The manager will be responsible for developing a strategy and plan to handle future growth in the various technical verticals through capacity planning, training, and process improvement.
What You Will Do
Manage consultants, provide leadership and mentorship, collaborate with RM to onboard new consultants, lead discussions with stakeholders, provide regular reporting to external and internal clients, and build relationships with sales cycle.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Technical management experience
- Strong knowledge of engagement management/resource management
- Experience supporting Global Financial customers
- Prior experience in the staffing or recruiting industry
- Proven experience interacting with large, enterprise clients
- Proven experience tracking and managing financials and/or budgets
- Prior experience managing engineering teams or technical staff in a project execution capacity
- Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
