Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Consultant to provide expert risk management and loss control services to both commercial clients and public entities, leveraging expertise in regulatory compliance, safety training, and risk mitigation to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for commercial clients and potentially public entities, identifying hazards related to operations, property, liability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure client compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA 1910 (General Industry), OSHA 1926 (Construction), MSHA, and DOT compliance.
  • Deliver OSHA 1910 and 1926 training programs for employees and contractors of commercial clients and public entities, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
