Job Description
Observe.AI is seeking a Strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to directly engage with strategic account executives and drive growth. This role focuses on prospecting, developing relationships, and generating qualified opportunities within enterprise accounts. SDRs will work alongside experienced sales leaders and learn enterprise sales methodologies, accelerating the growth of the company and serving as a key link between the sales team and senior executives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in sales development, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech)
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communications, or related field) or equivalent practical experience
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to conduct deep research, tailor outreach, and engage senior decision-makers
  • Strong collaborator who thrives working hand-in-hand with senior Account Executives
  • Resilient self-starter who is adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communicator, skilled at translating insights into compelling conversations and confident in phone, written, and virtual outreach
  • Coachable and growth-oriented, eager to learn from feedback
  • Organized and disciplined in managing time, priorities, and pipeline activity
