Role OverviewThe Strategic Sourcing Buyer supports the Strategic Sourcing team by helping execute sourcing initiatives, maintaining supplier and market data, coordinating procurement activities, and supporting cross-functional projects across Operations, Innovation, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and Planning.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, Food Science, or a related field
- 0–2+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with ERP systems is preferred (NetSuite is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
