Role OverviewJoin Crusoe's dynamic team as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist III to support the successful execution of data center sites, power generation projects, innovation projects, and corporate teams. As a Sourcing Specialist III, you will play a vital role in sourcing and securing materials, equipment, and services for major teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of critical project components.
What You Will Do
Your expertise in procurement and contract management will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of critical project components. You will manage all types of source selections, including formal, informal, and vendor screening processes, and negotiate and execute various agreements, including Service Orders, Master Service Agreements, and more.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in direct procurement roles, such as Buyer, Capital Project Procurement, or Category Manager
- Proven experience in purchasing equipment for large-scale capital projects in the Data Center or Power Generation, such as compressor stations, gas storage facilities, mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, or construction
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated hands-on experience redlining commercial contracts by independently drafting and wordsmithing counter-language directly into the document
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
