Role OverviewLead communications for high-priority enterprise business activities, including strategic transactions, enterprise performance reporting, financial communications, and business transformation initiatives. Partner with leaders across corporate development, finance, strategy, legal, human resources, public relations, and communications to translate complex business information into clear, credible, and audience-specific messaging.
What You Will Do
Develop messaging strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication timelines, and channel recommendations for high-priority business initiatives. Draft transaction and integration communications, including announcements, leader messages, FAQs, client communications, Day 1 materials, and post-close updates.

- Demonstrated judgment and discretion when managing confidential or sensitive information
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups and leadership teams
