What You Will Do
Support Savant's Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Framework, Help manage the firm's OKR process from goal-setting through tracking, reporting, and review, Facilitate planning and check-in processes across teams, Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards, etc.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, business support, or a related environment
- Experience supporting the preparation of executive, board, or governance materials
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing the details
- Comfortable working with data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a bias toward follow through
- Discreet and professional
- A self-starter who asks good questions, figures things out, and gets things done
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
