Role OverviewThe Strategic Operations Associate will work directly with Executive Leadership and Operations leaders on the company's highest-priority growth, strategy, and operational initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates looking to transition from investment banking, private equity, consulting, or strategic finance into a high-impact operating role within a rapidly growing healthcare company.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include partnering with Regional Vice Presidents and Operations leaders to drive financial, operational, and clinical performance, developing financial models, forecasts, business cases, and executive presentations, leading and supporting strategic projects across operations, growth, and business development, analyzing data and providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership, and assisting with strategic planning, board materials, and executive communications.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required

- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and communicating insights to senior stakeholders
- Self-starter with strong project management and communication skills
