Strategy & Business Development - Associate / Manager

As an Associate or Manager, Strategy & Business Development, you will help drive the company’s highest-priority strategic and growth initiatives. Working closely with senior leaders across the organization, the Associate or Manager will operate at the intersection of corporate strategy, strategic finance and business development.

What You Will Do

The role will combine rigorous financial and market analysis with hands-on execution of strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and partnerships. Depending on experience, the successful candidate will either support or independently lead key analyses and workstreams, with increasing responsibility for developing recommendations, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving initiatives from analysis through execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business or another quantitative discipline
• Master’s or additional coursework / certifications in strategy, analytics, or finance are a plus
• Typically, ~3-5 years of relevant experience for Associate; ~5-8 years of relevant experience for Manager
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and financial statement analysis skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze public companies and synthesize financial, strategic and market information into an investment or strategic point of view
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous business problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex analyses into concise, executive-ready insights
• High level of ownership, attention to detail and execution discipline; ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions
