Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Strategy Consultant to join their People + Place Advisory (PPA) team. This role focuses on creating positive workplace experiences and helping organizations excel in their spaces through strategic planning and data-driven insights. The consultant will support project teams through design and implementation, analyze data, and contribute to internal initiatives. The position will require collaboration and communication skills while potentially involving on-site travel to New York, Boston, Washington D.C., or Los Angeles.
Requirements
BA/BS in strategy development (e.g., workplace strategy, interior design, architecture, planning, real estate, sociology, anthropology, or organizational behavior) plus two years of related experience
U.S. Citizenship
