Role OverviewThis role is a full-time associate position within the Strategy Consulting organization at Capital One, designed to develop highly sought-after problem solving and executive influence skills and to foster the next generation of strategic leaders for Capital One. Associates work on small, 4-8 person teams supporting senior leaders across Capital One on critical issues for our business, with projects and teams rotating every four months.

Develop world-class consulting skills to shape the direction of one of the largest companies in the U.S., work collaboratively on small project teams, and develop a deep understanding of technology, the financial services industry, and a variety of business functions.

Requirements
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s degree or higher with an expectation that you will complete your most recent full-time degree program by August 2027 or earlier

- Have the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and compellingly
