Role OverviewThe Strategy & Delivery Coordinator supports the successful execution of digital delivery initiatives by providing coordination, governance, and operational support across the portfolio.

Track project milestones, deliverables, action items, and commitments across multiple initiatives; coordinate meetings, monitor project risks, and facilitate communication between teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Information Systems or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, operations, PMO support, or related roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven ability to drive follow-through, accountability, and execution across cross-functional teams
- Experience tracking projects, action items, risks, dependencies, and status reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Azure DevOps / Jira, similar collaboration and project management tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively identify and resolve coordination challenges
