Job Description
The Strategy & Insights Coordinator plays a key role in transforming research, performance data, and audience behavior into actionable marketing insights that guide client strategy.

Requirements

  • Own monthly and quarterly reporting cycles for assigned clients.
  • Pull and analyze performance data from media, agency platforms, and other sources.
  • Identify trends and patterns in performance, creative, and messaging that can inform campaign optimization.
  • Write clear, concise insight summaries and partner with Media on optimization recommendations.
  • Build charts, visualizations, and narrative-driven slide decks for internal and client-facing presentations.
  • Support the development of quantitative and qualitative research by organizing and preparing documentation for the Director of Strategy & Insights.
  • Assist in client research by becoming familiar with and using marketing insights and research tools to pull market, audience, or brand information.
  • Help prepare client research documents, workshop materials, and client strategy decks.
  • Document interviews, focus groups, meetings from strategic sessions and overall assist with research findings.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of insights and research products.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify marketing opportunities, clarify goals, and support the development of insight-driven strategies.
  • Serve as a primary client contact for ongoing strategic initiatives by preparing insights, drafting recommendations, and maintaining strategic documentation.
  • Develop the first draft of strategic inputs, which would include audience insights, competitive observations, channel implications, and preliminary recommendations for review by the Director of Strategy & Insights.
  • Support annual strategic planning with oversight by the Director of Strategy & Insights
  • Translate insights into actionable direction for content, creative, and media teams, ensuring strategic alignment across departments.
  • Monitor client performance trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive shifts, proactively sharing insights that inform ongoing optimization and strategy evolution.
