Role OverviewThis is a strategy and operations seat working directly with the chief executive on special projects and the initiatives that matter most in a given month. The work changes shape often, which is the point: the person in this role is trusted to pick up an ambiguous, high-stakes problem, structure it, and drive it to an outcome.
What You Will Do
Partner directly with the chief executive on special projects and strategic initiatives, structure ambiguous, high-impact problems and drive them through to execution, build the data and analysis behind major company decisions, build trust and drive alignment across stakeholders internally, grow into leading a team as the function takes shape.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role is a fast track into leadership with a mandate to build and lead a team, so it suits someone who wants to own an area outright rather than support one indefinitely.
