Job Description
Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence technology, and we're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our North America Revenue Strategy & Operations team. As a key partner to the Value Engineering and Services organizations, you'll be responsible for embedding operational rigor, clean data, and a steady cadence into how those teams run.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or a related GTM strategy/analytics role
  • Strong hands-on proficiency in Salesforce for reporting and analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain operational dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reporting packages with a high bar for data accuracy
  • Curiosity and fluency around AI use cases for GTM and operations teams
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple recurring cadences and ad hoc requests without dropping threads
