Role OverviewAs a D1 Coach, you'll lead group workouts, provide individualized guidance, and create an environment where athletes feel challenged, supported, and motivated. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about strength & conditioning, athlete development, and performance coaching.
What You Will Do
Lead group training sessions for youth, adults, and teams, provide personal training and individualized coaching, teach proper form, technique, and movement mechanics, and help athletes improve strength, speed, agility, and overall performance.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in strength & conditioning, personal training, or group fitness
- Strong understanding of exercise science, movement patterns, and injury prevention
- High energy, positive attitude, and ability to motivate others
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)
