Role OverviewWe are seeking a high-performing individual to join our team as a Stretch Technician. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining an active client base, managing schedules, and marketing our stretch services. You will work in-person during weekdays and weekends, interacting with members to enhance their recovery and overall club experience.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include executing intake, outtake, and assisted stretches, creating personalized programs, and maintaining a clean and safe stretch area. You will also be required to attend mandatory pre-work training, continuing education classes, and one-on-one or team meetings with management.

Requirements
- fitness related certification or Massage Therapy License
- CPR/AED Certification
- passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding anatomy, fitness, and recovery
- ability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends
