Role OverviewAs a Stretch Technician at Equinox, you will be responsible for building and maintaining an active client base, managing schedules, and providing hyper-customized stretching sessions. You will work in-person during weekdays and weekends, interacting with members to enhance their recovery and overall club experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining an organized and clean stretch area during shifts and sessions.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include executing intake, outtake, and assisted stretches, creating and offering personalized programs/series, and maintaining knowledge of all club services, programs, and products. You will also be responsible for attending and participating in required one-on-one or team meetings with management.
