Join our growing engineering firm as a Structural/Building Inspection Engineer! Criterium-Twin Cities Engineers is a specialist consulting firm based in Edina, MN focusing on residential and commercial structural inspections and design. We are an equal opportunity employer looking for candidates interested in either a part-time (2 to 4 days per week) or full-time position.

Requirements

  • Perform inspections of residential and commercial buildings and prepare written reports.
  • Develop and sustain a rapport with assigned clients by exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities, and providing clear and responsive communication about their projects.
  • Field requests for proposals from new and existing clients to our operations team.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop proposals as needed, including establishment of project scope, fees and budget estimates.
  • Monitor workload as needed to meet deliverable expectations.
  • Conduct monthly analysis of assigned projects to ensure billable time is captured accurately in collaboration with operations team for monthly invoicing.
  • Support team initiatives as needed.
