Job Description
Join our growing engineering firm as a Structural/Building Inspection Engineer and perform inspections of existing residential and commercial buildings, preparing written reports and developing client relationships. This position offers flexibility in work arrangements, including remote work options.

Requirements

  • Perform inspections of residential and commercial buildings and prepare written reports.
  • Develop and sustain a rapport with assigned clients by exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities, and providing clear and responsive communication about their projects.
  • Field requests for proposals from new and existing clients to our operations team.
  • Conduct monthly analysis of assigned projects to ensure billable time is captured accurately in collaboration with operations team for monthly invoicing.
