Job Description
Structural Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technician sought for full-time employment to develop production proficiencies and standards in Revit, execute structural modeling tasks, and communicate with other disciplines and project team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience with Revit required
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with concrete, wood, steel and light gauge building structures preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferred
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to problem-solve and collaborate on innovative solutions
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to effectively meet deadlines at expected level of quality
