Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Engineer in Training (EIT) to join our growing Structural/Bridge Engineering Group in our Draper, Utah office. The selected candidate will work as an integral member of a close-knit team on a wide range of structural and bridge design projects.
What You Will Do
The selected candidate will design structures of all types, including (but not limited to) highway bridges, pedestrian bridges, culverts, walls, overhead sign structures, and miscellaneous drainage structures. You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects and clients, helping you build a strong foundation for your career.

Requirements
- 2+ years of civil engineering experience with a focus on bridge design
- Demonstrated experience with bridge design principles and methodologies
- Knowledge of concrete and steel design
- Experience with Bentley Open Roads Designer (ORD) or other versions of MicroStation
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- EIT certification or ability to obtain within a reasonable time frame (pass FE exam)
